Certificates

Three types of certificates are possible to issue. These are for attendants, participants (those who contributed with a presentation excluding “LIMU Park presentation” and certificates of acknowledgment for invited speakers. Names will be issued exactly as it was submitted.

CME Credits: letters of credits will be issued only on request and will be emailed before the end of December 2021.

Disability
	Those in need for special service should contact Mr./Ms……… at cell phone no. ……………..

Electricity
	Use only three-pronged plugs (English standard). Your responsibility to bring an adapter with you in case you have a different kind of plugs.

Smoking
	Strictly forbidden in covered areas. You are allowed to smoke only in specifically designated areas.

Weather
	The weather at in November-December is likely to be moderately cold. However, we advise you to check weather channels before traveling.

Medical services
	A designated room will be available to provide you with temporary medical service. Please follow the signs.

Language
	The official language for the conference is English. However, you may use Arabic during presentation in “MedEd Park” only.

Children
	Children are generally not allowed.
